Where you have been asked to provide additional items to support your application for car finance, it may be useful for you to print this page and "tick" the items you are providing. This can then be emailed to Car Credit Approved Dealer Direct (enquiries@carcreditapproved-dealerdirect.info) who will ensure that your case underwriter receives all of your documents to process your paperwork.  You may be required to produce further documents after the underwriting review and finance acceptance, do not worry if this is the case, all of the documents we accept are detailed below.   For further information or if you are unsure about anything during the process please email us on enquiries@carcreditapproved-dealerdirect.info and we will explain everything to you and help you with any further documentation requests you may have.

Proof Of Identification - Please provide 1 item per applicant from the list below

Current Valid (signed) Full UK Passport

Current UK / EU Photo Card Driving Licence

Current Valid (signed) Full Overseas Passport

Current Firearms/Shotgun Certificate

Current valid EEA Member State ID card

Current State Pension book/notification letter

Current Residency Permit issued by Home Office

Current Benefits Agency Book/letter

Current Full UK Driving Licence

Sub-contractor’s Certificate

Current years Inland Revenue Tax Code Notification

Proof Of Residency/Address - Please provide 1 item per applicant from the list below

Bank Statements

Current Benefits Agency Book/letter

Recent Utility Bill – (Not mobile phones)

Current Local Authority Rent Card/Book/Agreement

Council Tax Bill

Solicitor letter confirming house purchase

Current Full UK Driving Licence (Paper document)

Credit Card Statements from main provider

Current UK / EU Photo card Driving Licence

HMRC Documents (this does not include P60's)

House or motor insurance certificate

Current State Pension book/notification letter

3 Months Bank Statements

Statements must cover the last 3 months from the date of your application (Online Statements Are Acceptable)

Statements should show regular income received from employment/self employment and benefit income you may receive.

Drivers Licence(s) - Please provide 1 item per applicant from the list below

1st Applicant must hold a valid full licence to drive in the UK

2nd Applicant (where applicable) may hold a valid full licence to drive in the UK or a provisional licence or neither

Proof Of Income (Employed) - Please provide 1 item per applicant from the list below

Last 6 weekly pay slips

Last 3 monthly pay slips

Hand written payslips must be accompanied by an Employer's Reference

If you are paid in cash, please provide an Employer's Reference

Proof Of Income (Self Employed) - Please provide 1 item per applicant from the list below

Invoices for the last 3 months

Bank statements showing regular income

Points Of Contact Form - Please provide 1 form per application

Must be fully completed in all cases – will be provided on acceptance

Non - European Union Citizens

Please provide official "Home Office" documentation/stamps to confirm permanent right to remain and work in the UK
